What is included in the cleaning?

Depending on your preference, there are three different types of cleaning services:

  1. Standard cleaning
  2. Deep cleaning
  3. Move in/out cleaning

Add-ons are available if you need something extra to be cleaned. Visit our online booking details of available cleaning add-ons.

How long is a cleaning?

Cleaning typically take 2-4 hours depending on the size of your home. Deep cleaning and cleaning add-ons will require more time.

Can you clean if I am not home?

Yes, please kindly leave us instructions to gain entry into your home. The cleaners will make sure to lock up and return the key after we finish cleaning. Typically our customers leave the key under the mat or in a lockbox.

We love pets and ask that you inform us of any pets in the premise to be cleaned. For the safety of your pets and the cleaners, we ask to secure any pets before and during the cleaning. Securing your pets is important to prevent your pets from escaping the premise as we enter to clean.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards. When you book an appointment, your credit card will be authorized. Your credit card will be charged after the cleaning is completed.

Will the cleaners bring cleaning supplies?

Yes! The cleaners will bring supplies to clean your home. Relax and have your home cleaned. =)

How often should I schedule cleanings?

We recommend starting with a deep clean session to thoroughly clean your home.

We recommend once a week cleanings for families who want a fresh home every week, particularly homes with heavy dust and grime build up.

Bi-weekly is perfect for families look for additional cleaning on top their your house cleaning maintenance.

Monthly cleaning is great for homes with light dust and grime build up or families who just need a bit of professional help to keep their home fresh.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

To accommodate our team’s advance scheduling, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. A $100 fee will be applied for appointments cancelled within 24 hours. Any cancellations made on the cleaning day will be charge the full appointment price. Any modification such as rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours will be charged a $100 fee. If the cleaners cannot enter your home to clean, the full appointment price will be charged.
